Quality

It is the policy of Denholm Industrial Services Division to provide products, services, and solutions that fulfill the quality, reliability, safety, and environmental performance and specification requirements of our Clients. 

The Division will achieve this objective by best practice, continuous improvement and a commitment to the operations of a quality management system modelled on the requirement of ISO 9001 (2000)

The Division maintains systems, procedures and processes to ensure that: 

Awareness - The systems remain effective by undertaking awareness and skills training, inductions and regular management reviews and audits. 

Responsibilities - The requirements for quality, service and performance are established by clear communication to all stakeholders including all employees, suppliers, subcontractors and clients. 

Appraisals - The Division will regularly review the needs and expectations of its customers and initiate continuous improvement to meet and exceed expectations. 

Denholm Industrial Services Division proudly owns and maintains the Denholm Management System (DMS) to continuously improve its ability to perform and deliver professional services to clients and industry. 

The Divisional Quality Manager in conjunction with the Managing Director will review the implementation of this policy, set annual objectives and will ensure that any problems, issues or disputes arising are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
