Denholm Industrial Services is pleased to announce that its counterpart ALPS has been awarded full operator membership of the International Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), giving clients complete confidence and assurance of safe and responsible working by ALPS’ rope access technicians.

Access Lifting Pulling & Safety is known by its customers as ALPS.  It specialises in suspended access and lifting applications for bridges, buildings and other difficult-to-access structures and sets the standard for overcoming access challenges safely.  Together, the combined engineered capabilities of Denholm Industrial Services and ALPS deliver fully comprehensive scaffolding, access and environmental containment solutions.

Operating on structures across the UK, ALPS has developed its skills, expertise and methodologies to safely deploy suspended access equipment, modular mobile platforms and specialist industrial rope access technicians, overcoming the challenges of accessing large or complex structures that are difficult or impractical to access using conventional scaffolding methods.

The prestigious President’s Award marks ten consecutive years of Denholm Industrial Services attaining RoSPA’s Gold Award in Health and Safety.

Organisations receiving a RoSPA Award are recognised as being world-leaders in health and safety practice. Every year, nearly 2,000 entrants vie to achieve the highest possible accolade in what is the UK’s longest-running H&S industry awards.  Recipients of the President’s Award demonstrate consistently high standards in Health and Safety, as it formally marks at least ten consecutive years of gold standard health and safety performance.
