Role Description
Denholm Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Marine Division, supporting ongoing operations within a major client contract.

Reports to: Project Director
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all commercial functions across the contract, from initial instruction to final account.
- Handling job costing, forecasting, cost control, and accurate reporting.
- Managing variations and commercial risks to ensure full compliance with contractual and business requirements.
- Providing clear and timely reporting to support monthly management accounts and site performance reviews.
- Supporting operational teams by ensuring accurate, transparent commercial data and cost reporting throughout project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience (Minimum 3 years) in a Quantity Surveyor or commercial role, ideally within marine, industrial, or construction sectors
- A good understanding of project lifecycle commercial requirements, with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A trustworthy, detail-oriented professional committed to delivering results and supporting team success
